Q.        DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
A.        Although appointments are not required, we strongly recommend making
one, even if you would just like your vehicle looked at for an estimate.  Particularly
in the summer and around holidays, our schedule fills up very quickly, and we
would hate to inconvenience you by being unable to take care of you when you
arrive because our schedule is already full.  With a quick phone call, you can
ensure that we will be prepared for you when you arrive so that your vehicle is
attended to in a timely manner.

Q.        ALTHOUGH YOUR BUSINESS IS "MR. MUFFLER", DO YOU WORK ON MORE
THAN JUST EXHAUST SYSTEMS?
A.        YES!  Mr. Muffler offers a comprehensive set of services to take care of all

Q.        WHAT INFORMATION WILL BE INCLUDED ON MY INVOICE?
A.        Your invoice will include your name, customer ID, contact information,
complete vehicle information (year, make, model, license, VIN, mileage, etc.), the
date and time that the invoice was run, the invoice number, the name of the
salesperson, an itemized list of all services performed with parts and labor costs,
any service notes, and payment information.  With this information, you can keep
accurate records of exactly what services were performed to your vehicle.

Q.        CAN I GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE BEFORE ANY REPAIRS ARE MADE?
A.        Yes.  Mr. Muffler's policy is to inspect the vehicle to determine exactly what
needs to be done in order to perform the service requested, install a particular
product, or to repair a certain problem.  Once the situation is assessed and we
have determined the work that needs to be done, we will contact you with the
estimate total to receive verbal  permission to perform the requested service or
repairs.  If a written estimate is required, please give us prior notice, and
understand that the process of exchanging a written estimate may cause delays in
the process and the service may not be performed as quickly as if only a verbal
confirmation was required.  Also, remember that estimates, written or verbal, are
simply estimates of the total cost to perform the desired service or repair, and that
varying labor times or supplies used may increase or decrease the cost slightly
from the quoted estimate (you will be contacted before we proceed further if a
situation is encountered that will increase the cost significantly from the quoted
estimate).
